Wedgetail brew house is nestled in natural jarrah bush land between the Indian Ocean and the Mandurah Estuary Western Australia. Wedgetail has a commitment to be an environmentally conscious brewery.

Wedgetail launched Moko Pilsner into the local Independent beer scene in 2017. Moko exhibits a layered malt profile from use of German pilsner and pale crystal malts. Long cold conditioning times provide a clean crisp finish that is accentuated by floral and citrus/lime notes from New World hops.
Moderate carbonation and a medium body make Moko an easy drinking beer for all occasions.
Wedgetail beers are not filtered or pasturised, they are “Live beers” which contain living yeast and must be stored refrigerated for best flavour.

At Wedgetail Brewing, we follow traditional brewing processes and techniques. Generally just four ingredients are used to make beer - malt, water, hops and yeast - and the resulting fermentation yields the result!
Wedgetail Brewing blends different malts in accordance with our own uniquely tried and tested recipes using filtered and mineral-adjusted water to produce a variety of flavours and styles. Types of hops and strains of yeast are also carefully selected, each contributing their own aroma and flavour combinations to the final nectar.
